Can I buy a home before I arrive at my new duty station?
Yes. With a VA loan, pre-approval and video tours, many families go under contract from their losing station and close remotely. Steven coordinates the timeline around your report date.
Does this cost anything?
No. Agent matching is free. Steven is compensated through a standard brokerage referral arrangement with the agent you choose to work with.
